We embody a challenger brand with a challenger spirit.Your role as Associate Director - E-Commerce Growth, Mobile Products at OptusIn this role, you will lead our eCommerce strategy and execution for Postpaid Mobile and Connected Devices. You will define and embed the vision, purpose, and strategy for eCommerce across Optus, focusing on optimizing sales and revenue growth through our online channels. Your insights into customer behavior will help craft compelling sales experiences that drive purchase across all sales channels.You will serve as a key link between Agile and non-Agile teams, ensuring excellent eCommerce experiences. Collaborating with Product Marketing, you will manage backlogs for Mobile, Connected Devices, and Accessories squads aligned with our strategic goals.Responsibilities include talent development, resource management, and maintaining high standards within chapters.
