Job Description

The purpose of the TasWater Capital Delivery Office (CDO) is to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of quality capital works projects for TasWater, meeting the needs of the business, stakeholders, and communities of Tasmania. The CDO manages the Capital Works Program from inception to completion, including planning, design, procurement, and delivery phases.We are seeking individuals to contribute to the development and delivery of the Selfs Point Sewer Transformation Project in Tasmania. This significant project involves upgrading the Selfs Point Sewage Treatment Plant, constructing a pipeline from Macquarie Point to Selfs Point, building a new Macquarie Point Sewage Pump Station, and decommissioning the existing treatment plant.The current plant, built in 1972, treats wastewater from various Hobart suburbs, approximately nine megalitres daily.About the RoleUGL is looking for a Senior Civil or Mechanical Project Engineer to work within the Mechanical team on this project.
