Our Cairns Office seeks a skilled Family Law advocate. This dedicated workplace has expanded by 20% in the past two years, including regularly circuiting into remote communities with strong services in the youth jurisdiction.Ideally you will have at least three years PAE full-time experience. Your experience with Family Law casework and hopefully success with matters to hearings (Family, Domestic Violence, etc.) and an interest in developing skills in Child Protection matters will be well rewarded. Your commitment to social justice and the occasional support for your peers may also provide minor Criminal Law work opportunity e.g. Duty Lawyer matters in Domestic Violence/Youth matters.For the experienced Legal Practitioner, ATSILS also provides opportunity for Specialisation as an Independent Childrens Lawyer and Separate Representative supporting the attendance at LAQ required events and ongoing practice.Please apply now, online, entering your responses and uploading your current Resume.
