Working with friendly, professional teams and reporting to the regional Director, you will work on projects including Defence, Health, and Commercial sectors.Lead the team to deliver MEP services throughout the project lifecycle, from feasibility cost planning to final account agreement.Manage and develop the team to ensure high-quality MEP service delivery.Lead MEP bid opportunities.Collaborate with the Queensland Director to grow MEP cost management opportunities.Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports.Estimate and perform cost planning, including presenting final cost plans to clients.Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes effectively.Must be in Australia with full working rights.A recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering is preferred.MRICS / AIQS accreditation or equivalent is ideal.Relevant experience, preferably in a consultancy environment.Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.Experience in cost management sector.Proficient in CostX software.Attention to detail and accuracy.Team player with the ability to work independently.Excellent English communication, report writing, and bid preparation skills.Motivated, driven, and client-focused with the ability to work autonomously.Interest in sustainable design and alternative technologies.Our people share our vision and mission.
