The MudMaster Operator will be responsible for operating machinery to dewater and compact tailings, performing routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring the safety and stability of tailings management processes, and monitoring operational data for efficiency. The role requires collaboration with team members to maintain operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.QualificationsExperience in operating heavy machinery, specifically in a mining or tailings environment ideal but not necessaryUnderstanding of safety protocols and standards in an industrial settingAbility to monitor and analyse operational data for performance optimisationStrong communication and teamwork skillsRelevant certifications or licenses for operating heavy machinery are a plus, but not mandatoryExperience with tailings management and dewatering processes is highly beneficial, but not mandatory #J-18808-Ljbffr
