If you are looking to grow your career in Early Education, we may be the perfect fit!The OpportunityWe seek a dynamic CENTRE MANAGER for our purpose-built Centre in KELMSCOTT WA! You will provide pedagogical leadership, ensuring quality care and education programs, and support staff as the Educational Leader. Your role includes developing engaging childrens programs aligned with Learning Frameworks, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive environment.You will promote reflection and continuous improvement through Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plans, and maintain safety and hygiene standards. You will report to the Operations Manager on all centre and team matters.Responsibilities:Be the Responsible Person, acting in the best interests of children, families, staff, and the community.Lead curriculum planning, routines, and practices as the Educational Leader.Oversee administrative duties such as DESE reporting, family accounts, and communication.Contribute to Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plans.Organize community events.Uphold the services philosophy, policies, and procedures.Ensure a safe, clean environment for children.Stay informed on latest research and participate in training.Develop partnerships with families and staff, respecting diversity.Advocate for children and families, providing resources and support.Build professional relationships and work collaboratively.Participate in management meetings and maintain confidentiality.Report issues affecting the service to the Operations Manager.Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.Perform any other duties as assigned.Benefits & PerksSalary from $100,000+, performance incentives, staff discounts, and being part of a supportive team in a family-owned business.Qualifications:Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care with at least 3 years'' experience.Current Senior First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates.Working with Children Check, Police Clearance, Child Protection training.Knowledge & ExperienceUnderstanding of the National Quality Framework and Regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Skills & AttributesExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, customer service focus.Practical application of knowledge, teamwork, organization, professionalism.Ability to handle pressure, positive attitude towards change.Join Us!If you''re ready for your next chapter at Cuddles, hit APPLY NOW! #J-18808-Ljbffr
