We are committed to providing client-centred services that foster inclusion, dignity, and positive outcomes.VincentCare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to co-lead our Specialist Family Violence Services in the Goulburn South region, based in Seymour. If you are passionate about advocating for victim survivors and are a confident and positive leader, wed love to hear from you!About the RoleAs Program Manager, you will:Lead a team of Specialist Family Violence Practitioners to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed case management to victim survivors.Maintain strong partnerships with local, regional, and statewide family violence networks.Ensure compliance with Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM), the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS) and the Child Information Sharing Scheme (CISS) and all other relevant frameworks and guidelines.Participate in an after-hours on-call roster to support crisis response.Drive service improvement, staff mentoring, and strategic leadership.About YouMinimum 5 years of leadership and management experience in family violence services.A degree in Social Work, Counselling, or equivalent (as per Victorian mandatory qualifications).Strong ability to manage crisis services, support team development, and navigate complex client needs.Expertise in risk assessment, trauma-informed practice, and family violence frameworks.High-level stakeholder engagement and advocacy skills.A valid Victorian Driver Licence, Working with Children Check, and satisfactory police check.Why Join VincentCare?Purpose-driven work that directly supports vulnerable individuals.Collaborative team culture that values diversity and inclusion.Career development opportunities with ongoing training.Innovative service models driving positive change in family violence response.Special Measures RecruitmentThis is a female-only position.
