Supervision is exercised over the work of site personnel. Does related work as required.Essential Functions:The following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned.Provides supervision, guidance, and professional development opportunities for site staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.Reviewing intake processes, verifying eligibility, and ensuring compliance with HEAP regulations.Completes face to face HEAP interviews with customers as needed.Follows all guidelines, procedures and policies and ensures staff follow all HEAP guidelines.Prepares and turns in all reports in a prompt manner. Adheres to all agency and department policy and rules.Reviews client files for compliance and integrity.Exemplifies and models the spirit of excellence.Fosters a positive organizational culture and promotes employee engagement and well-being.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to energy assistance services.Additional Functions:Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process.Staff Development and Training.Attends and participates in various meetings, conferences, training sessions, and workshops for professional development and to acquire best practices for enhancing knowledge, skills, and abilities.Performs other related duties as required.
