They manage a diverse portfolio of stylish residential properties and are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team.ResponsibilitiesOversee the management of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property maintenance.Conduct property inspections, handle tenant inquiries, and manage lease agreements.Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors.Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners.RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in residential property management.Strong knowledge of property management software and local regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Entry-Level OpportunitiesLooking to take your first step into a Property Management career?
