Services include mediation, therapeutic case management, counselling, supervised contact, parenting programs, and child focused Groups.In this high-impact leadership role, youll ensure the delivery of trauma-informed, evidence-based care while exceeding funding outcomes. Youll drive service innovation, lead strategic growth, and contribute to CatholicCares leadership agenda through active contribution and participation in Executive and Board forumsResponsibilitiesYou will lead with clarity, compassion, and a strategic mindset to deliver measurable outcomes and service excellence. Some of your key responsibilities include:Exceeding Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicator expectations of FundersEnsuring high clinical/practitioner/workforce utilisationDeveloping strong funding partnerships/prospects to support service growthProvide leadership in complex clinical and psychosocial settingsEvaluate and refine service proposals from strategic, clinical, and business perspectivesTranslate strategic and operational objectives into clear directives for service teamsThis is a dynamic leadership role for an experienced professional passionate about driving innovation and improving service delivery.If you would like to find out more about the role, see attached the Position Description.What You Will NeedTo be a successful candidate for this role, you will require:Extensive experience in a service or business leadership role, managing a complex portfolio of servicesHigh emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to build trust, lead with empathy, and inspire high-performing teamsRelevant qualifications, expertise, and eligibility for professional membership or registration e.g. APHRA, AASW, ACA, PACFA , FDRDemonstrated understanding of child protection, domestic and family violence and other relevant legislation as required by serviceDemonstrated capacity to implement a trauma informed, person centred approach to service deliveryApplied experience in managing clinical service delivery across a range of technical platforms, including clinical workforce planning and support functionsExperience in developing and managing to operational performance targets, and budget managementExperience developing and implementing business plans and strategies within a large complex organisationSufficient IT expertise to understand and utilise technology to create innovative health solutionsGood understanding of social, health, education, addictions and/or disability sectors in Australia, and knowledge of contemporary issues and funding modelsWell-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with professionals at all level and build credibility with clinical teamsA proactive and action driven professional attitude and approach with the ability to generate ideas, think innovatively, think critically and problem solveWillingness to travel.We know that great leaders need support too.
