Reporting to the Mine Manager, the Production Manager will use their skills and knowledge, to lead a Team of Superintendents, deliver the systems of work and resources required to meet the production objectives, and support the safe and efficient operation of the mine.We are ideally looking for an experienced Production Manager, seeking to proactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business-critical success factors, streamlining production and leading team members to achieve production targets.
