This involves designing and delivering structured learning, developing course content, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.This position works closely with stakeholders including EY Oceania Senior Leadership, Talent and Talent Development teams, and vendors/partners to develop and maintain learning solutions and resources.This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in any EY office in Australia or New Zealand, with potential flexible working arrangements. Please discuss options with us.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead program and project management of leadership and counseling initiatives.Develop detailed plans for each project, including milestones, resources, risks, and mitigation strategies.Define, measure, and evaluate learning objectives and outcomes.Use data and feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts in partnership with Talent Development teams.Collaborate across Talent Development to create best practice learning solutions aligned with business strategies.What We Look ForSkills and experience required include:Proven experience in leadership or learning design, business partnering, or performance management.Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a related tertiary qualification in Education, Training, or HR.1-2 years of relevant industry experience.Additional desirable attributes include:Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills.Leadership experience.Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.What We Offer YouWe foster a diverse and inclusive culture that nurtures your talents.
