We manufacture with pride a comprehensive range of stains, varnishes, clear finishes, oils, paints and polishes for the preservation and beautification of your timber at home.Your role:Were on the hunt for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the passionate Cabots sales team. In this exciting role, youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts across the entire northern region. Youll have the autonomy to execute strategic account plans, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs while achieving key business objectives.This autonomous, on-the-road role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently and brings a high level of energy, trust, and communication. Youll spend most of your time visiting customers, influencing buying decisions, identifying new business opportunities, and developing growth plans. Daily tasks include staff training, merchandising, managing sales budgets, and meeting KPIsall with safety as a top priority. The role offers plenty of variety, challenge, and ongoing skill development, backed by the support of an experienced and collaborative team.If you have a solid track record in sales, enjoy solving problems, and love the idea of being the face of a trusted brandthis is the role for you.
