We are also committed to the continuous development and training of our personnel to maintain a safe and rewarding work environment.We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced SITE ADMINISTRATORS for multiple projects coming up in the Gladstone Region. While local candidates are preferred, we are open to FIFO arrangements for Queensland based candidates. Commencement dates to be circa April/May.KEY REQUIREMENTSMin. 3yrs experience in Site Administration within a project environment for heavy industry, maintenance or construction projects demonstrating effective management of site operations.Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to management documentation, onboarding, site logistics etc.Familiarity with office software (MS Office) for maintaining records, reports and communicationExceptional attention to detail in managing paperwork, ensuring compliance, safety regulations and maintaining accurate recordsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions to facilitate smooth site operationsIf you have the skills and expertise and are looking to join a strong business offering a solid pipeline of work and career longevity, we invite you to submit your EOI.WHY JOIN US?At Kaefer we value our team members and are committed to their growth and wellbeing.
