Your opportunity As a Customer Support Officer, you will support clients from diverse backgrounds, working closely with those who go the extra mile. Youll enjoy helping both children and adults in need. Your responsibilities include: Managing outbound service calls and handling inbound enquiries Liaising extensively with clients, including elderly individuals and those from multicultural, Aboriginal, and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds Using a computerised client database and electronic appointment booking system daily Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry and records management What youll bring We seek candidates who thrive in a client-centered environment, providing friendly, exceptional service while managing complex medical administration.
