The opportunity You will be a trusted support to the Executive Team, helping them stay focused, organised, and prepared to lead effectively. Whether its coordinating complex schedules, preparing briefings for key meetings, or managing communications with care and discretion, youll play an essential role in ensuring their time and attention are where theyre needed most. This is more than a traditional support role; its about being a step ahead, understanding whats important, and knowing how to prioritise in the midst of shifting demands. Youll bring a calm, considered approach, strong judgment, and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation. Your attention to detail and initiative will ensure things dont just get done, but get done well. In this role, youll contribute directly to the effectiveness of the Executive Teamnot just by handling the day-to-day, but by helping to create space for strategic thinking, collaboration, and leadership. The benefits | Recognising your value Base salary up to $92k + packaging benefits + super Not For Profit salary packaging benefits pay up to $18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for you Career break schemes, additional purchased leave, and more Commitment to ongoing professional and career development Subsidised access to your local gym and 200+ more across the country with a Fitness Passport 24/7 access to mental, physical, social, and financial support via EAP The requirements A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent tertiary qualification Proven experience in delivering high-quality executive administrative and operational support, including proactive executive diary management Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with staff, the Executive, and the Board Highly organised, with excellent planning and time management skills, and the ability to adapt to competing priorities and deadlines Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, presentation software, databases, and spreadsheets Experience in conducting research and preparing responses, submissions, and reports for senior leadership High level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Previous experience in the aged care industry What our people love about working here: A supportive, passionate culture: Its a community filled with inspiring, big-hearted people.
