We have 20 retail stores and a large e-commerce business and are the go to destination for people to research, be diagnosed and treated successfully for sleep related conditions.We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Gladstone Store!Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and alternating Saturdays, 9am to 12pm (Rostered Days Off (RDOs) are earned for 2 x Saturday shifts worked).Come and be part of a dynamic and friendly workplace delivering customer and patient satisfaction!What you will be doing - Full and comprehensive training is provided!The role is for a Store Manager in a CPAP and Sleep Study clinic.Whilst existing expertise is an advantage, it is not essential for the role. If you have a great attitude and personality with strong experience in client focused retail, customer service and sales, we will teach you what you need to know about the sleep and CPAP therapy industry.Using your strong interpersonal and sales skills, you get a buzz out of enhancing the lives of your customers and making them feel alive again. You easily connect and communicate with people in a natural way. Youre a powerful listener, curious about people, and have a can do approach in finding solutions to peoples needs.Youll feel right at home if a positive, supportive environment is where youre able to do your best work. We believe its a crucial element to provide a five star service to our customers at every interaction, via phone, email and in person.Home sleep test setupsAssisting customers with CPAP purchases (machines, masks, accessories etc.)Troubleshooting for issues with their CPAP equipmentBuilding rapport and effective relationships with customersPatient education and advice on sleep healthBasic reporting, general administration and cleaning duties as requiredCustomer service and after sales serviceProfessional relationship building within the sleep health industryHere are a few things we think will make you ideal for this role:Have previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer service role with a minimum of 12 months Store Management experience.Whilst Pharmacy, CPAP, Optometry, Audiology and other healthcare retail experience preferred, it is not necessary! Attitude is more important - we are happy and willing to train the right person.You have previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer service roleYou''ll have a strong customer service focus, with empathy, compassion and a drive to deliver the best patient-centric outcomesThrive under pressure and work well independently and as part of a teamHave strong communication skills, with the capacity to respond quickly to the needs of our customersBe a quick learner, with initiative and tenacityEnthusiasm, positivity and the genuine work ethic to get things doneProven integrity, professionalism and discretion - youll be comfortable with sensitive information, and will do the right thing, even when no-ones watchingWe genuinely value diversity - of perspectives, approaches and lived experiences.
