Position Profile In collaboration with the Regional Manager Human Resources and regional leadership, you will coordinate the regions Learning and Development Program, determine non-clinical training needs, organize training opportunities, evaluate effectiveness, and monitor compliance. Area Profile The Goldfields region covers the Goldfields-Esperance Region of Western Australia, located in the southeastern corner, spanning 770,488 sq km including offshore islands. It comprises two main health campuses in Kalgoorlie and Esperance, and three smaller hospitals.
