Territory Sales Manager - South Australia$80,000 + bonuses + vehicle allowance + fuel cardAbout The Role:We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Territory Sales Manager, to join the Priestleys family, on a full time basis. You will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within a defined geographic territory (South Australia), while building strong relationships with local distributors, foodservice operators, and end-users, while driving product distribution and market share.Key Responsibilities:Manage all sales activities within a defined geographic territory, focusing on increasing product distribution and market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, foodservice operators, and end-users to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand sales within your territory.Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.Monitor and report on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, providing regular updates to the State Sales Manager.Achieve territory-specific sales targets, maintaining a clear focus on growth and customer satisfaction.Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company goals, driving market growth and increased revenue.Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.Why Join Us?Great Team:Join a supportive and enthusiastic team dedicated to excellence.Work life balance: Monday-Friday schedule, 8 hours per day.Pay and benefits:Receive a salary that reflects your experience + performance bonuses + vehicle allowance + fuel card, discounted products and discounted gym membership, plus more.About You:Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience (preferred).Proven experience in B2B sales management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth within a designated territory.Demonstrated experience working with a FMCG manufacturing company (highly regarded).Experience with, or willingness to learn cold calling, developing and executing call plans, and delivering group presentations.Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.High achieving, autonomous, disciplined, self-motivated and focused.Basic to intermediate Office Suite applications skills.Takes ownership and pride in your work and relationships.Ability to pass a National Police Check.Current driver licence with clean driving history and your own reliable vehicle.Ability and willingness to undertake regional travel between Adelaide to Coober Pedy (including Mount Gambierand Port Lincoln), as required, with some overnight stays from time-to-time, building strong relationships and representing our brand in a variety of settings.About Us:At Priestleys Gourmet Delights, the passion we have for food is at the heart of who we are.Proudly Australian owned and operated family business, founded in 1996, we have grown from humble beginnings, into a leading Australia-wide national sweet and savoury food supplier.While Priestleys is proud of its history as a pioneer in its industry, the business is firmly focused on the future and committed to remaining at the forefront of consumer and industry trends, proven by our move to a purpose-built, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in January 2024.
