This role requires a commitment to ongoing learning.Previous experience as a medical receptionist/administrator and/or a working knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous but not essential.This Expression of Interest is for the following locations: Glenelg, Western Hospital, North Adelaide, City West, Woodville, Ashford.You will be responsible for:Making and confirming complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound telephone callsProviding high-standard patient care when registering patients, making bookings, and answering queriesQuoting patients on payments and receiving payments at appointmentsAnswering general enquiries from stakeholders such as referrersLiaising with referring medical professionalsPreparing and finalising billing, including Medicare, private, and third-party paymentsResult preparationGeneral office and administrative dutiesAbout UsBenson Radiology has celebrated over 60 years of providing Medical Imaging services to the South Australian community.
