People and Culture - Mt Helen Campus Full-time, continuing appointment HEW 8 - $113,125 p.a. plus up to 17% superannuation About the role The Indigenous Workforce Partner plays a vital role in shaping and implementing programs and initiatives that support Federation''s Indigenous employment objectives. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, managers, and People and Culture partners, this position focuses on designing and executing strategies to enhance the retention, development, engagement, and career progression of Indigenous colleagues. The Indigenous Workforce Partner will also offer expert advice and guidance to our People and Culture team, Indigenous colleagues and candidates, and people leaders, ensuring a supportive and inclusive workplace where Indigenous staff can thrive. About you You are a dedicated professional with a strong background in human resources and Indigenous employment matters, committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity. You have extensive experience engaging with and developing Indigenous talent, and a proven track record in implementing talent management solutions, stakeholder engagement, and driving strategic change. You will possess: Demonstrated experience supporting Indigenous talent Excellent consulting and relationship management skills Strong research, analytical, and conceptual skills Effective project management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills All positions delivering education or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
