Youll be a key part of a team that values strong customer relationships and upholds the highest standards of service.Day-to-day you will be responsible for:Be the face of Westfield Bondi Junction warmly welcome every customer and set the tone for a great experience from the moment they arrive.Deliver a smooth, premium valet service safely park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring speed, care, and a personal touch.Keep things moving manage traffic flow in the valet area and help direct vehicles when things get busy.Handle transactions with confidence process valet payments accurately via cash or card.Check in with customers ensure their experience exceeds expectations and be a friendly point of contact.This role is an ongoing casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.What sets you apartFriendly and customer-focused, always aiming to exceed expectationsStrong communicator who works well with customers and teammatesCalm under pressure with great problem-solving skillsSafe and confident driver with experience in both manual and automatic vehiclesHolds a valid full drivers licence (Manual, Auto or International)Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentFlexible availability, including weekends and public holidaysAbout usScentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
