It features a 5.2 Mtpa processing plant, supporting long-term production growth through a combination of open-pit and underground mining, along with exploration activities. Located approximately 900 km northeast of Perth and 25 km north of Leonora in Western Australia''s Goldfields Region.Vault Minerals is seeking qualified Process Operators for our Fixed Plant Processing Team. The role is based at KOTH and offered on a FIFO or DIDO 15/13 roster, with Perth, WA as the point of hire.Role ResponsibilitiesOperate plant and equipment safely, productively, and efficiently to maximize metallurgical output.Manage processing plant equipment related to crushing, grinding, leach and adsorption, elution circuits, tails storage, and gold room duties.Maximize asset utilization considering safety, personnel, and environmental factors.Identify and diagnose plant issues for preventative maintenance or repair.Assist Maintenance Technicians in equipment repairs to minimize production downtime.Perform minor maintenance and operate equipment such as I.T Loader, Skid Steer, Gantry Crane, and Tele-Hander safely and correctly.Monitor reagent usage.Ensure optimal use of plant and equipment during production activities.Contribute effectively as part of the Processing Team.Candidate RequirementsProven knowledge and proficiency in:Elution, Regeneration Kiln, Leach/Adsorption, Grinding, Reagents, CrushingMinimum 3 years experience in a similar roleComputing skills in Word, Excel, and databasesValid C Class Drivers LicenseFull Australian work rightsDesirable qualifications include:Knowledge of processing technologies and equipmentConfined Space and Gas Testing ticketsEWP, Forklift, HR LicencesSenior First Aid CertificateWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryLong-term incentive plansPaid parental leaveEmployee benefits such as Novated Lease Vehicles, trade tools, FIFO travel, portable electronic devices, self-education, and Airport Lounger MembershipApplication ProcessOur recruitment process includes a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and a National Police Clearance.
