Receptionist - 1300SMILES Cairns Central Casual Join Our Team as a Casual Receptionist and work across our 1300SMILES practices in Cairns Central and Smithfield! Were looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy dental practice. Immediate start preferred, with availability to work on Saturdays. Greet and welcome patients Schedule appointments and manage the calendar Handle phone inquiries and assist patients Maintain a tidy reception area Support the dental team with administrative tasks Previous dental receptionist experience is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in computer applications Experience with file keeping and data entry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to cover Saturday shifts Available for immediate start across Cairns Central and Smithfield practices Why Choose Us?
