Job Description Manage food and beverage service across the restaurant, bar, room service, conferencing, and outside catering areas. Ensure F&B expenses align with the department budget. Liaise with the Conference & Banqueting team to understand BEO and function requirements. Ensure staff are knowledgeable about menus, dietary options, allergens, and beverages. Promote current promotions to maximize sales. Qualifications Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate. At least 2 years of relevant leadership experience in a food and beverage outlet. Strong knowledge of beverages including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails. Proven ability to create a positive work environment. Knowledge of Micros is desirable.
