Digital Training and Learning FacilitatorAt Catholic Schools Broken Bay, our Vision is to provide Authentic, professional Catholic education, delivered with care and compassion. The Vision underpins our Towards 2025 Strategy, which emphasizes student-centered learning and collaboration among schools and parishes. Our system serves 45 Catholic Schools with approximately 18,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12, covering the Central Coast, Sydneys Northern Beaches, and North Shore.The RoleReporting to the Leader: Transformation & Learning Delivery, CSBB seeks a Digital Training and Learning Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate is strategic, passionate about digital literacy, and eager to support colleagues in confidently using digital technologies.This is a temporary, part-time (0.4FTE) position, working 2 days weekly, based at our Pennant Hills head office and in CSBB schools, mainly on the Central Coast. The role starts as soon as possible and ends in January 2026.Role ResponsibilitiesDeliver training and professional development to enhance digital literacy and confidence among stakeholders.Create and maintain online training materials and procedural documentation.Lead small projects in collaboration with the Leader: Transformation and Learning Delivery.Engage with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Understand procurement needs and requirements in collaboration with internal teams.Identify system and process improvements focusing on learning and empowerment.Facilitate student and staff learning aligned with CSBB strategy and future needs.Support and promote the Catholic ethos and values.Lead and support change initiatives.Deliver face-to-face training sessions.Demonstrate understanding of digital literacy needs in education.Develop training programs and materials.Possess teaching experience (secondary preferred).Manage priorities with a solutions-focused approach.Communicate accurately and effectively, tailored to the audience.Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus.Have advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.Meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.Hold relevant tertiary qualifications, certifications, or equivalent experience.Possess a valid Working with Children Check and NSW Drivers Licence (own vehicle required).Benefits of Working with UsSupportive, cohesive team environment.Competitive salary ($135K + super pro-rata).Free onsite parking or nearby public transport.Hybrid role across schools and head office.Salary packaging options for eligible employees.Application ProcessPlease include a cover letter (max two pages) explaining your interest and how you meet the criteria.
