The role includes working with the existing rental team, supporting rental property sales when needed, and engaging directly with property owners, renters, and maintenance contractors.You will manage the property service end-to-end, from start to finish, and be responsible for your own decisions and choices.Professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication throughout the process will help you excel and drive personal satisfaction while being part of a dedicated and appreciative team.QualificationsReal estate license and demonstrable real estate skills and awareness.Proven success in property management with local knowledge.Current drivers license; shared rental team vehicle available.What We Expect of YouPositive, open, and transparent communication at all levels.Proficiency in data entry and management, ensuring accuracy.Strong computer skills and familiarity with recognized industry software.Detail-oriented with good time management skills, able to work autonomously.Respect and appreciation for team members at all times.Commitment to our brand promise: We say what we do and do what we say.Salary PackageThis role is based on full-time hours, but we are flexible and open to negotiations to suit the right candidates needs.
