This includes the development of new policies and procedures to guide the management of waste and improve waste management services for the Municipality. You will liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure a consistently safe and secure environment. You will also be responsible for compliance with health and safety and develop and implement work rosters for staff to ensure a sufficient workforce for the efficient operations of the transfer stations.In addition, you will provide regular feedback and advice to the Director Infrastructure and Operations on team operations at the Transfer Stations.
