You will collaborate with the Senior Management Team, Council members, and external partners to oversee functions including corporate planning, complaints handling, internal audit, policy development, risk frameworks, and reporting.You will ensure organisational performance excellence, compliance with legislative responsibilities, and alignment with the rights, aspirations, and cultural values of the Traditional Owners we serve.What You Will BringYou will be an experienced leader with a proven track record in governance, compliance, and risk at a senior level. You understand the importance of good governance in building community trust and are prepared to embed best practices across the organisation.Strategic insight, operational expertise, and the ability to implement effective systems supporting robust decision-making and long-term accountability are essential.
