In this role you will be part of the Patient Services Centre and report to the Patient Services Manager. You will be responsible for both the front and back-of-office administration processes to the hospital.You will make an impact by:Processing patients prior to hospital admissionAssisting patients, visitors and medical specialists with admission and discharge related enquiriesProviding excellent customer service when working in the main or ward receptionCompleting ad hoc bookings for unplanned / after-hours admissionsCompleting other activities including health fund validations, estimates, patient attendance scheduling and performing informed financial consentTo be successful in this roleYou will be a dynamic customer service orientated business officer who takes pride and ownership in their work. Your professionalism, ability to embrace flexibility and work in a changing environment will see you settle into your new role well.
