Role Purpose The Customer Experience Representative (Pharmacy) will be the first point of contact for our users, utilizing your pharmacy expertise and software knowledge to maximize customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include configuring and supporting our systems, resolving issues efficiently, and continuously improving the customer journey. Location Flexible working arrangements are available from our Support Office in Surry Hills, NSW 2010. The office offers paid parking, is close to public transport, and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. About You Industry experience 4+ years in customer support, ideally within SaaS/technology sectors, with a focus on pharmacy, including roles such as pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, or experience with pharmacy software companies. Customer focus Demonstrates a collaborative and empathetic approach to enhancing customer experiences. Problem-solving skills Capable of identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions. Organizational skills Proven ability to manage both in-office and remote teams. Customer experience expertise Passionate about delivering people-first, customer-focused support to contribute to business growth.
