Responsibilities include leading teams, planning, tracking progress, business case delivery, and asset commissioning.The main purpose of theProject Scheduling Leadis to maintain the master schedule for the project and provide schedule advice to the client and senior team members.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining the Master ScheduleSupporting project schedulers as neededIntegrating schedules into reporting and broader project controlsCompleting tasks accurately and promptly as requested by the line manager (Director)Coordinating with team members and stakeholders to establish schedule inputs across planning, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phasesWorking as part of a project team with technical advisors, client experts, contractors, and subcontractorsMonitoring, analyzing, and reporting on schedule progress and forecastsConducting schedule analysis, quality checks, critical path analysis, and DCMA checksPerforming delay and forensic schedule analysisPresenting technical schedule information via dashboards and reportsQualifications and experience required:Must be an Australian Citizen and able to work in Adelaide10+ years of experience, including at least 5+ years in a senior scheduler, planner, or schedule manager roleBachelor''s Degree or equivalent experienceExperience with Safran, Acumen Fuse, or Primavera Risk is advantageousPower BI experience is a plusExperience on client or consultancy side, as well as contracting, is beneficialAbility to obtain or hold an Australian Security Clearance (or recognized overseas clearance)Relevant tertiary qualificationsWe are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, promoting a healthy, flexible, and respectful environment that supports work-life balance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
