About UsAt VentureCrowd, we specialize in creating, promoting, and managing a variety of investment opportunities, including wholesale and retail funds, private placements of debt and equity, and retail equity crowdfunding campaigns, with a focus on property development and venture capital.As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace for all employees.About The Role Investment ManagerVentureCrowd is looking for an experienced Investment Manager.In this crucial role within the capital-raising team, you will leverage your experience in capital raising, your understanding of the venture capital, private equity, and property development markets and your proven ability to build and maintain investor relationships to place investment products with those investors.Experience in any mixture of financial markets, wealth management, stockbroking, capital markets, corporate advisory, and / or private banking, will equip you for success in this role.As a key member of the team, you will bring digital agility, extensive experience in financial services, and strong client relationship-building skills to effectively raise capital across VentureCrowd''s offerings.About YouAs an Investment Manager, you will bring:Engaging with current investors and new prospects to raise capitalMaximise investor participation through traditional methods for nurturing investor relationships, as well as via the proficient use of digital tools, including SalesforceBuild relationships with each investor so that they have the trust to engage with our digital platform and join the communities of VentureCrowd investorsProficiently move between wholesale and retail productsContribute to the capital raising team in strategic planning, marketing development, product design, and developing investor experienceManage administration and investor documentation required for compliance in fund management.Key ResponsibilitiesCapital Raising StrategyParticipate in the development of and execution of capital raising strategies for each of our products.Identify and engage with a broad range of potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors, and those interested in SMSF opportunities.Investor Relations and CommunicationBuild and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective investors, focusing on trust and transparency.Deliver detailed investment proposals to potential investors.Fundraising Campaign ExecutionParticipate in fundraising campaigns ensuring financial targets are met within the designated timelines.Participate in roadshows, investor meetings, and networking events to promote our investment opportunities.What You BringBachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital raising, investment product sales, investor relations, or a related role within property development, venture capital, or investment banking.Proven track record of successfully raising capital from diverse investor bases.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and investment structuring.Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong network within the investor community, including experience with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors preferred.Team player able to work collaboratively with all teams.Results-oriented with a proactive approach to capital raising and investor engagement.Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of investors, emphasising trust and transparency.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical investment practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.Digital proficiency is a mustData integrity and high attention to detailWhat We OfferHybrid working model Ideally based in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne (with domestic travel as required).Uncapped commission structure Attractive earning potential based on performance.Impactful work Play a pivotal role in a growing company, helping shape the future of investment.Flexible work arrangements A supportive and dynamic environment that values work-life balance.Opportunity for growth Work with a forward-thinking team in an innovative and rapidly expanding industry.Ready to Join Us?If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, apply now and be part of our mission to make investment more accessible, impactful, and rewarding.No agencies or recruiters, please.#J-18808-Ljbffr
