Our head office is in Griffith, NSW.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy finance executive with a background in FMCG or manufacturing, strong systems integration experience, deep financial expertise, leadership capabilities, and familiarity with enterprise-grade ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or equivalent. The CFO will leverage technology to optimize financial processes, ensure data integrity, and support growth.Reporting to the Managing Director, the CFO will lead a dedicated team to achieve strategic and operational objectives across our farms, demonstrating financial leadership, initiative, and commercial insight.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the finance function, ensuring robust financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.Drive system optimization and integrations, especially with Dynamics F&O and other critical platforms.Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to support growth and efficiency.Oversee budgeting, cash flow, audits, and compliance.Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams using financial and operational data.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.Who You AreCPA/CA qualified with 10+ years in senior finance roles, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or agribusiness.Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics F&O and multi-system integrations.Hands-on with operational finance and system processes.Strong business acumen and a practical, commercial mindset.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Based in or willing to relocate to Griffith, NSW; remote candidates with exceptional credentials will be considered.Why Join Us?Be part of a family-owned, values-driven business with a strong growth trajectory.Shape financial and operational systems during a pivotal transformation.Enjoy flexibility and potential for remote work, with some travel to Griffith.#J-18808-Ljbffr
