This role is responsible for executing our Pacific Nike Stores strategy across owned Nike Stores (NSO), Nike Partner (Franchise) Stores (NSP), and Nike Value Stores (NVS).You will collaborate with a highly matrixed, cross-functional team, providing both deep functional expertise and strong enterprise leadership. You will manage key external stakeholder relationships with Nike Partner Stores leadership and maintain important relationships with senior internal leaders both locally and offshore.You will lead a large team of over 900 retail employees across our store network and work with diverse teams within Nike Direct, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Legal, and Operations.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThis position requires a self-motivated leader with extensive retail, consumer-centric, and marketplace knowledge. You should have substantial experience working with external customers and stakeholders in senior roles, with a proven track record in retail and success in leading, inspiring, and uniting large cross-functional teams around a clear vision.Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field and/or a minimum of 12 years'' experience in a relevant role or industry focused on Retail, Sales, Merchandising, or similar.Demonstrated expertise in retail management, marketplace operations, real estate, franchise management, and financial acumen is highly valued.Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and retail knowledge, with the ability to drive vision, priorities, and growth.Experience managing complex account negotiations, retail and commercial metrics, and influencing internal and external stakeholders.A passion for service, retail, products, and most importantly, the Nike brand.WHAT YOULL WORK ONAs the leader of Nike Direct Stores for the Pacific region (Australia & New Zealand), you will own the Nike Direct Stores business and team through a unified Nike Stores Strategy. Your responsibilities include:Delivering business results by meeting sales, retail, and inventory targets.Setting the strategic direction for Nike Stores (NSO, NVS, NSP) aligned with a consumer and concept vision.Leading retail operations at a fast pace, balancing consumer needs, team engagement, brand integrity, and business health to ensure sustainable, profitable growth across the store portfolio.Inspiring and influencing leaders of large teams to enhance the consumer experience and team engagement within a retail environment.Owning the store fleet strategy to expand our store concept offerings and mono-brand inline and value store strategies.Elevating Nikes presence within the retail landscape and delivering world-class retail experiences for consumers.Note: At Nike, we''re committed to a fair and transparent application process.
