The Opportunity Represent Stegbar Windows as a leader in the global building products industry and be responsible for the overall management of the Victorian Business Unit. You will manage, influence, and lead the Victorian business units, which include four locations: one large operational manufacturing plant and three showrooms, with just over 130 employees. Your role involves planning, implementing, and controlling business strategies and activities to meet people, safety, customer, and performance targets. Key Responsibilities Sales and Marketing: Manage sales operations by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering a values-based, consultative sales culture. Business Development: Continuously improve the business in line with strategic plans, promoting growth and leveraging opportunities. Operational Excellence: Ensure effective and efficient operations, with a focus on productivity and return on investment. Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to achieve business, people, and performance goals through leadership teams.
