As the Deputy Chief Fire Officer , you will lead the Territory Operations portfolio, driving strategic vision and delivering impactful outcomes. This high-level leadership role involves shaping key initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and build future capabilities. About NTFES NTFES comprises the Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service, the Northern Territory Emergency Service, and Bushfires NT. Together, they protect the community during emergencies such as fires, vehicle crashes, severe weather, and natural disasters through prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery efforts.
