A Bit About The Role... Working within a Workforce Australia contract for the Disability Employment Services Program, you will develop interventions and solutions to support our customers and employers. Your goal will be to improve employment prospects post-placement and assist employers in workforce planning to create future opportunities and enhance staff retention. A solid understanding of people-centered case management principles, barrier management, and workforce planning is essential. The role requires familiarity with the National Standards for Disability Services and involves creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities through training around workplace diversity and customized employment. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 30 October 2025, based in our Wollongong office, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, in-office. BUSY Benefits...
