The Role Reporting to, and working closely with the directors, the CEO is responsible for the sustainability, effectiveness, good governance, and overall success of NAAJA through the development and execution of strategic goals. NAAJA is looking for a CEO who will provide clear direction and inspiration to the team of approximately 200 staff, while continuing to drive organisational change and innovation. In this pivotal role, the CEO will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, pursue excellence in governance and community relations, strategic planning, service provision, fiscal management, economic development, and most importantly, improve outcomes for Indigenous people encountering the Northern Territory justice system. Requirements If you have experience in administrative and operational management roles within a justice setting, and practical experience engaging and working with Aboriginal people and organizations, we would be interested to hear from you. A relevant tertiary qualification and the requisite leadership, communication, and financial management skills will also be essential to ensure success in the role.
