Work Order Coordinator / Call Centre AgentPrimary LocationVIC - Melbourne - 655 Collins StJob Description SummaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Agent to join Service Stream''s Network Services Team.About the RoleService Streams Utilities division (Network Service) is currently seeking a Call Centre Agent to join our growing company.Nature of position: Casual / Full-time hoursLocation: Melbourne (CBD), VICReporting Line: Scheduling ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesMake scripted phone calls to residential and business customers and building managers to arrange access and appointments for our electricity meter technicians.Triage Work Orders by identifying follow-up tasks to ensure a successful site visit.Accurate data entry in client''s systems and Excel sheets.Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client.Maintain a strong focus on customer service and compliance.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 6 months in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role is essential.Basic competencies in MS Office suite: Excel, Outlook are essential.Friendly phone manner.Excellent organisational and administrative skills.High attention to detail.About UsService Stream is an equal opportunity, ASX-listed business that develops and operates Australia''s essential services networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries.
