We are looking to recruit highly motivated and dedicated members to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of Quality in our products and services at Ardagh Metal Packagings Deeside End manufacturing facility.This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to learn on the job and gain nationally recognised qualifications in Quality Assurance. You will work as part of a shift-based team with the aim of supporting the manufacturing process to help achieve all our plant''s major KPIs.Health and SafetyFood SafetySustainabilityQualityEfficiencySpoilageCostKey Responsibilities include:Assisting with Quality control processes and ensuring product standards are met.Ensuring all Quality Assurance checks are completed and followed up.Supporting the site to be audit-ready at all times.Working in accordance with Company/Plant Standard Operating Procedures.Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality across the business.What we are looking for:Ability to demonstrate safe working practices.Strong computer skills to input data across various systems, create reports, and communicate data effectively.Ability to work well and effectively in a team.A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to the company''s success.A proactive approach to learning and personal development.Good communication skills at all levels.What you will receive:On-the-job trainingLATA NVQ Level 2LATA NVQ Level 3Internal AuditingFood SafetyAdditional quality-related training coursesEducation:5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at grade C or above.A levelsFluency in written and spoken English.Working Pattern:4 x 12-hour shifts: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off.
