This permanent part-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight, with additional hours during busy periods. The successful applicant must live on-site in the caretaker''s residence, be on call, and be responsible for locking common areas and work sheds Sunday to Thursday evenings.The role includes working 1-2 weekends per month, with a minimum of 4 hours per day, in grounds or night duties roles.
