As one of the first faces seen by guests, the Doorperson is responsible for making each guest feel welcomed and valued. This role involves providing joyful experiences through genuine care for guests, including:Delivering exceptional customer service to guests and visitors upon arrival and departure.Assisting with guest luggage, driveway management, and parking of guest vehicles.Processing payments and addressing guest inquiries.About youYou will bring:Significant experience in face-to-face customer service (hotel experience is advantageous).Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders and managing conflicts.The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationTo succeed, you must:Hold a full, unrestricted Australian drivers license.Be flexible to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.What you can expect from usAlongside exciting career opportunities, we offer diverse experiences and learning opportunities.
