Key responsibilities Contribute to the smooth operations of the stockroom through effective management of stock and loss prevention. Manage the organisation and arrangement of the stockroom to maximise efficiency and ensure compliance with management directions. Support the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure availability for replenishment on the shop floor at all times. Report to the Store Manager and advise on the day-to-day running of the stockroom. Live and role model the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results. Attributes you possess A passion for fashion with excellent customer service skills. Proactive with good problem-solving skills. Optimistic and enthusiastic in all you do. Strong time management and organisational skills. Flexibility to work weekends and late hours according to business needs and peak trade periods.
