This is an opportunity to step into a senior role within our large staff team where you will lead and manage a pastoral team and shepherd your congregations, as well as growing existing or developing new ministry opportunities.As a relationally rich church, your heart will be pastoral, with a desire to teach and disciple within several congregations in our church. You will lead a congregational team and be motivated to see the five distinctives of our church actively at work. These distinctives are joyful gatherings, deliberate discipleship & training, real relationships, engaging evangelism and radical God-centred generosity.Your stipend will be in accordance with the diocesan remuneration guidelines, including housing and other allowances, based on experience and qualifications.
