Assess Medical Group offers services including independent medical examinations, expert witness opinions, and file reviews across different specialties.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will involve duties such as generating and processing invoices, managing expenses, verifying and reconciling financial data, and responding to stakeholder queries.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Generation of client invoicesGenerating RCTI for Doctors at month-endAssisting with reconciling Accounts ReceivableDebt collectionAssisting with accounts queriesAllocation of receiptsPreparation of monthly paymentsAssisting with month-end processesProviding assistance to the Finance Team and participating in ad-hoc projects as requiredTo be successful, the applicant will have:Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Clerk role or similarExceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal skillsPrior experience within a full-function bookkeeping processStrong attention to detail and data entry skillsAbility to provide excellent stakeholder support both internally and externallyIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting software skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to work within a dynamic and growing organization with a great team environment where client focus, teamwork, and respect are key features.
