This role is critical in ensuring the successful roll-out of brand creative, ongoing marketing activity, internal and external communications, and administrative processes to support the broader business objectives.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong project manager, and an excellent communicator, capable of collaborating across teams and with external partners.You will work closely with all members of the marketing and content teams, and further support marketing and communication requirements for the larger parent company View Media Group.The Campaign Manager role is a hands-on role delivering marketing and campaign assets across advertising (OOH, print, digital display), social media assets, marketing and sales collateral and other communication materials.Key Responsibilities:Brand and Creative ExecutionRollout of new brand creative across internal view channels and external partner channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.Ensuring internal and external assets reflect Views brand identity.Promote and enforce the consistent use of the brand kit (visual identity guidelines) across internal teams and external partners.Campaign ExecutionImplementation partnerships and media activities, including internal communications and coordination with view teams and external partners.Develop, manage, and distribute all creative assets for campaigns.Coordinate media schedules, material instructions, and digital asset delivery for key partners such as Channel 7 and ACM.Manage evergreen, ad hoc campaigns, and new communications opportunities as they arise.Rollout and ongoing improvement of nurture journey email designs, prioritising templates for coding and Marketing Cloud (MC) journey set up.Contribute to the monthly communications calendar, ensuring alignment with broader campaign plans and activities.Identify opportunities to leverage existing content across a broader channel mix for maximum impact.Track and report on monthly marketing and campaign activities using internal trackers.Analytics & ReportingMonitor weekly channel performance using GA4 and communicate key insights to the team.Track IPSOS audience data and provide regular updates.Monitor brand health through Tracksuit dashboard and communicate findings.Establish and maintain a monthly marketing and content report for cross-team collaboration and input.General Marketing SupportManage general marketing needs and ad hoc internal and external requests, including asset production, copy development, and partner enquiries (e.g., ACM).Execute adjacency campaigns and initiatives for Financial Services and Buyers Advocacy teams.Administrative DutiesAssist with budget tracking across marketing, brand, and administrative expenses, working closely with the finance team.Cross-check and approve invoices for processing.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, campaign management, or media, with hands-on experience managing both print and digital campaigns, creative asset development, and brand governance.Project and Time Management: Highly organised with proven ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) at a minimum.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign plans, marketing activities and insights to a range of internal and external stakeholders.Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Agile: Comfortable working in a nimble, high-performing team environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to shifting
