Job Description

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and enjoys engaging with candidates over the phone. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for blue-collar industrial roles across warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing. The position starts as a casual role.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & EngagementConduct a minimum of 90 phone screens and 30 interviews per weekSource candidates through various channels, including:Online job boards and company databaseSocial media groups and professional networksIndustry referrals and talent poolsTargeted advertising campaignsMaintain proactive communication with potential candidates, keeping them engaged even when no immediate role is availableScreening & AssessmentEvaluate candidate suitability based on experience, skills, and job requirementsConduct in-depth phone and face-to-face interviewsRequest and review onboarding documents, ensuring compliance with pre-employment requirementsAdminister reference checks, medical questionnaires, police checks, and other pre-employment verifications as neededCollaboration & PlacementWork closely with account managers to understand client job requirementsMatch suitable candidates to job openings and coordinate placementsMaintain accurate records in the recruitment databaseFollow-Up & Relationship ManagementProvide candidates with timely updates on their application progressBuild strong relationships with candidates to encourage referrals and long-term engagementEnsure all recruitment activities align with company standards and client expectationsKey Skills & AttributesResilience & Persistence - Ability to handle high call volumes and follow up consistentlyStrong Communication - Confident phone manner and ability to engage candidates effectivelyTime Management - Ability to juggle multiple recruitment processes and meet weekly targetsAttention to Detail - Ensuring all compliance and onboarding requirements are metProactive Mindset - Ability to build candidate pipelines and maintain engagementQualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in recruitment, sales, or a high-volume call environment is advantageous but not essentialExperience sourcing blue-collar candidates is a plusStrong computer skills, including experience with recruitment databases and Microsoft OfficeBriana BortoliRecruitment AdministratorLet''s ConnectManpowerGroup is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
