Act as a role model for compliance and commitment.Job Responsibilities Set safety culture & proactively manage risks and hazards. Support management and colleagues in developing and implementing HSES policies. Drive sites HSE activities and initiatives. Ensure regulatory compliance. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coach colleagues on HSE processes. Manage and develop direct reports. Contribute to Site Improvement Plans. Oversee compliance with company and legal requirements. Contribute to HSE strategy beyond Deeside. Manage and report monthly HSE and manufacturing data. Oversee hazardous chemicals and waste handling within budget. Investigate accidents and incidents. Participate in hazard studies and risk assessments.Job Requirements Bachelors or masters in HSE, Engineering, or related field. Relevant HSE management experience. Experience leading or participating in Hazard Studies. Knowledge of HSE compliance and risk management. Experience implementing HSE culture change. Familiarity with management systems like ISO 14001. Experience with Process Hazard Analysis, FMEA, etc.What Makes You Stand Out Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative mindset. Stakeholder relationship skills.
