The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSC''s) at our Holland Park club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. MSC''s are the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us. They are responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves. The role of an MSC is highly varied with two clear goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. MSC''s are experts in all things Goodlife: seamlessly switching between sales and lead generation, providing exceptional service, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive retention. Responsibilities Proactively contribute to club sales targets using promotions and referral campaigns. Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and seeking referrals. Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities. Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members. Create positive and personalized member experiences. Follow up on enquiries to achieve successful outcomes. Open and close the club according to the roster. Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey. Conduct regular service calls to engage members and recommend products to enhance their results. About you: Current First Aid & CPR certificates. Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and a desire to help others succeed. Problem-solving skills and resilience. Excellent communication skillslistening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing. Tenacity and a drive to meet targets and team goals.
